Jason Marcus has focused almost exclusively on representing whistleblowers and handling False Claims Act cases since 2008. He is committed to helping individuals expose fraud, protect integrity, and assist the United States in holding those who defraud the government accountable. Jason graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law as the youngest member of the Class of 2006. During law school, he served as Notes Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics with a minor in English from Tulane University, completing his undergraduate degree in just two years.
