Biography

Jeffrey Alan Aenlle is a Miami trial attorney and family law counselor who has focused his practice exclusively on Florida family law since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2011. For over a decade, Mr. Aenlle has represented individuals and families throughout Miami-Dade County in divorce, parental responsibility and timesharing, alimony, child support, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and related family law matters before the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Family Division, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Family Division and the Florida appellate courts. Mr. Aenlle is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Firm of Jeffrey Alan Aenlle, PLLC, a boutique family law firm located at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131 –  in the heart of Miami’s financial district. The firm’s exclusive focus on family law means that every client receives the full benefit of counsel that is deeply familiar with Florida family law statutes, Miami-Dade Family Court procedures, and the evolving body of Florida family law case law. Since 2011, Mr. Aenlle has devoted his practice entirely to Florida family law. This exclusive focus means that clients are not working with a general practice attorney who handles family law among many other areas – they are working with a counselor whose entire professional attention is directed at the statutes, case law, procedural rules, and judicial expectations that govern Florida family law matters. Florida family law is a complex and rapidly evolving practice area. The 2023 alimony reform  under  Fla. Stat. § 61.08,  the equal timesharing presumption under Fla. Stat. § 61.13(2)(c)(1), and the ongoing development of case law interpreting these reforms require counsel who is current, focused, and deeply familiar with how Miami-Dade Family Court applies these standards in practice. Mr. Aenlle brings that depth of focus to every client he represents. Florida family law is a complex and rapidly evolving practice area. The 2023 alimony reform  under  Fla.
