Jeffrey C. Rickard

Jeffrey (Jeff) C. Rickard is a partner with Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, P.C., a Birmingham, Alabama, law firm focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, business litigation and insurance disputes. In his practice at the firm, Jeff uses his 20-plus years of experience to protect the rights and interests of injured victims and surviving family members, with a particular emphasis on cases involving unreasonably dangerous and defective products. Over the course of his career, Jeff has also had extensive experience with construction site cases that involve OSHA violations. Jeff graduated from Auburn University in 1985 and from the Cumberland School of Law in 1989. While in law school, he was a two-time winner of the Judge James O. Haley Mock Trial Competition and a national semi-finalist in the American Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Competition. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Birmingham Bar Association and the State Bar of Alabama. Hewas formerly the President of both the American Journal of Trial Advocacy National Alumni Foundation and the Alabama Association for Justice.  He has been chosen as a SuperLawyer since 2011.
