Keep in mind that, while I, Attorney Jeffrey J. Szczewski, am an attorney, visiting this site doesn't make me your attorney, and we have not formed an attorney-client relationship or any other confidential relationship unless and until you retain me or I am appointed to represent you. Also keep in mind that every case is different, every defendant is different, every court is different, every judge is different, every prosecutor is different, every witness is different, every juror is different, and every [insert other factor] is different, so none of the content or discussions on this site (or any other, I suppose), should be looked at as a guarantee or a prediction of future results in any other case. Nor is anything on this site (or anywhere else on the Internet), legal advice specifically directed at you. It's like a horoscope that way.
