As a litigator and arbitrator, Jenelle represents individuals and companies in international and domestic business, insurance coverage, bad faith, and aviation disputes. She has served as an arbitrator in nearly 50 arbitrations, with no awards vacated. Her practice spans more than two decades, covering business contracts, business torts, fraud, and cross-border disputes, including the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards. She advocates for insurers, managing cases ranging from complex coverage disputes and first-party commercial property claims to bad faith issues arising from aviation, commercial general liability, property, professional liability, marine, and builders risk policies. Jenelle delivers practical solutions to the intricate business challenges her clients face.
