Biography
Jeremy J. Theoret, attorney at Marrs Griebel Law (MGL), followed careers as a librarian, teacher, and owner and operator of his own small businesses before being admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2010. Jeremy’s practice focuses primarily on business disputes and commercial litigation, with additional practice and expertise in open government and public records law. Prior to joining MGL, Jeremy was staff attorney for the New Mexico Judicial Education Center, providing annual trainings for New Mexico Judges of all levels, from municipal judges to the Justices of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
From his own experiences as a business owner, Jeremy understands the needs, challenges, and concerns of business owners facing the prospect of litigation. Jeremy uses his skills as a researcher and communicator to advocate zealously for his clients every step of the way.
In his spare time, Jeremy is a filmmaker and enjoys the great outdoors. The same creativity and attention to detail that fuel his filmmaking also shape his legal approach. Attorney Jeremy J.
