Biography

Ms. Virden Mallett has been serving as the Law Offices of Miller & Mallett’s Managing Partner since 2018, taking up a nearly 40-year legacy of seeking justice for our Little Rock neighbors. As a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations, she is proud to practice law in the great state of Arkansas. She has made it her mission to advocate for those who have been hurt by others' negligence. As the Managing Partner of Miller & Mallett, she prioritizes the needs of our clients. From each visitor’s first interaction with our firm, Ms. Virden Mallett strives to provide a friendly, supportive atmosphere alongside reliable legal advice and services. Jessica has been named a Top Ten Attorney in Client Satisfaction and is recognized as a National Lawyer of Distinction. She is additionally a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Executive Board and Board of Governors, the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Trustees. Ms. Virden Mallett grew up right here in Morrilton Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she graduated early with Highest Honors in December 2010. While in law school, Ms. Virden Mallett clerked for Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza, the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, and the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, before coming to work with Peter Miller after graduation.
