Founding partner of SRALK and a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 52 years of experience, Attorney Spall has completed various programs at the National College of Advocacy at the Harvard University School of Law, National Estate Planning Institute Certificate at the University of Wisconsin School of Law, and the Elder Law Institute at the Dickinson School of Law.
He’s served as legal counsel for the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors since 1974, and as a 1st Assistant District Attorney and County Solicitor for Wayne County.
Current President of the Wallenpaupack Area School District, and a Director and Secretary of the Dime Bank, he’s also a Director to the Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation.
