Mr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Latin from Wake Forest University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1985. Mr. Taylor received his Juris Doctor Degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1988. Past ExperienceMr. Taylor served as a law clerk to the Hon. Hiram H. Ward, United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina, from 1988 to 1990. In 1990, Mr. Taylor began the private practice of law with Allman, Spry, Humphreys, Leggett and Howington, PLLC where he practiced civil litigation until 1994 when he moved to Robinson, Maready, Lawing & Comerford, LLP. At the Robinson firm, Mr. Taylor engaged in a broad civil litigation practice including professional malpractice litigation, wrongful death and personal injury litigation, complex business litigation, employment disputes, insurance bad faith litigation and civil rights litigation. In 2014, Mr. Taylor came to Morrow Vermitsky Costello Law, PLLC where he continues a similar practice, representing plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and personal injury actions of all types as well as individuals and companies in corporate and commercial litigation.
