Biography
I am a New York born and raised attorney practicing immigration law exclusively since 2013. I was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from the State University of New York, Buffalo and a Juris Doctorate from Emory University Law School in Atlanta, GA, with a focus on immigration law and international law.
Upon passing the New York State Bar Exam in 2012, I began working at a busy immigration legal services organization, where I successfully assisted hundreds of New Yorkers in applying for naturalization, adjusting their status to green card holders, and sponsoring their family members back home to come to the U.S. I then moved with my family to the Hudson Valley of New York (Dutchess County) and started Beacon Immigration.
I greatly enjoy the practice of immigration law and helping people realize their dreams. Many of the most important people in my life are immigrants. My wife (whose green card I sponsored) and children are citizens of the Dominican Republic, which we visit at least once per year.
When I’m not busy working to help clients, I enjoy hiking the beautiful trails and mountains of the Hudson Valley, visiting new countries, trying new foods, reading, and spending time with my family.
At Beacon Immigration, we understand that navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law can be challenging. Our experienced team is here to assist you with a wide range of immigration services, including family-based applications, non-immigrant visas, and employment-based visas.
