Joseph M. Barnes is an attorney with The Reardon Law Firm, P.C., in New London, Connecticut. A highly-rated trial lawyer with more than 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Barnes represents the rights and entitlements of plaintiff clients throughout the state who suffered an injury or loss as the result of a workplace accident or because of someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Barnes has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of those dealing with serious personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, dangerous property conditions and other preventable tragedies. Along with practicing before all state and federal courts in Connecticut and New York, Mr. Barnes is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court.
Mr. Barnes serves on the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Governors and is a member of both its Membership and General Torts Committees. He is also an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the New London County Bar Association.
