Joshua M. Gillette

Joshua specializes in civil litigation and is an experienced and accomplished medical malpractice and personal injury attorney.  He is Of Counsel to CDH Law and a founding partner of Gillette & Izzo Law. Joshua focuses on the plaintiff’s medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and personal injury cases. He spent nearly a decade as an associate and partner with a defense firm focusing on the defense of physicians and other healthcare professionals. He has extensive experience in cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, wrongful death and premises liability. He takes his experience having worked on both sides of civil litigation to fight for his current clients. Joshua has tried cases for both defendants and plaintiffs in New York Courts and is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the Northern, Western, and Southern District Courts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Joshua has also been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Federal Claims where he has represented plaintiffs in vaccine injury cases.
