Jeffrey Richardson is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with nearly three decades of experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented clients charged with a wide range of offenses, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Timothy Kucharski is an accomplished criminal defense attorney with nearly 30 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Mr. Kucharski's ability to navigate complex cases and protect his clients' rights was recognized by Ohio Lawyers Weekly who named him Attorney of the Year in 2000.
Mr. Kucharski is exceptionally skilled in DUI and OVI defense, but provides experienced representation across a wide range of criminal matters. Known for his unwavering commitment to his clients, Mr. Kucharski is dedicated to delivering effective and results-driven advocacy for every client.
Julia Aliazzi is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she earned a concentration in criminal law and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy. Through CWRU School of Law's Criminal Defense Clinic, Ms. Aliazzi represented clients facing criminal charges. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Aliazzi worked as a law clerk at Richardson & Kucharski for three years.
