Julio I. Cárdenas is a dedicated member of the Wocl Leydon team, bringing nearly twenty years of experience in client service, legal support, and community engagement. He joined Wocl Leydon in 2008 as the firm’s Medical Records Coordinator, managing the complete medical records process for personal injury and medical malpractice cases with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.
Over the years, Julio advanced within the firm and now serves as the Director of Marketing & Community Outreach, where he oversees branding, communications, digital strategy, and public engagement. His work strengthens the firm’s visibility, builds meaningful community partnerships, and ensures that Wocl Leydon remains a trusted legal resource for individuals and families throughout Connecticut.
As a bilingual professional, Julio also assists as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking clients, helping ensure clear communication and accessible legal guidance at every step of their case. He is a Connecticut Notary Public and offers complimentary notarial services to Wocl Leydon clients.
Beyond his work at the firm, Julio is the founder of iTranslate Professional Services, a certified nationwide translation and apostille company that specializes in legal, medical, academic, and immigration documentation in more than 40 languages. Since 2018, he has also served as an approved document translator for the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
