Biography

Justin A. Hill is the founder and lead attorney at Hill Law Firm Accident and Injury Lawyers in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2007, he has represented individuals and businesses throughout South Texas, advocating tenaciously for victims of negligence and corporate wrongdoing. A distinguished personal injury trial lawyer, Mr. Hill eschews the high-volume, rotating-team model of billboard firms in favor of personalized, client-focused representation. Each client benefits from a dedicated, nonrotating legal team committed to fostering direct personal relationships and achieving “big-city” outcomes with small-town service. Mr. Hill’s litigation prowess is evidenced by a string of landmark recoveries, including an $11.9 million settlement arising from an oil-field explosion, a $10 million resolution in a commercial bus crash and a $9 million award in a wrongful-death motor vehicle case. These results underscore his capacity to navigate complex liability issues and negotiate favorable settlements against formidable insurance carriers and corporate defendants. Raised in the small town of Burkburnett, Texas, Mr. Hill graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in management from Texas A&M University, where he was a Ford Scholar, Fish Camp counselor and opinion columnist for The Battalion. He then attended Baylor Law School on scholarship, graduating cum laude and serving as editor-in-chief of the Baylor Law Review. His scholarly comment, “The Quagmire of Personal Notification: When Is a Party Sufficiently Notified to Trigger the Motion for Rehearing Timetables Under the APA?,” was published in the 58 Baylor Law Review. Upon graduation, Mr. Hill joined a nationally renowned plaintiff’s firm, immediately trying cases to verdict. Named partner within his first year, he has tried wrongful death, industrial accident and product liability cases, and authored multiple educational papers for legal seminars. Today, he continues to champion Texans injured by negligence, providing sophisticated advocacy with steadfast, unwavering dedication.
