She attended the University of Dayton, where she graduated cum laude and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While there she was a research assistant focusing on eyewitness memory and identifications during police lineup administration.
Attorney Goliwas earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2024. During her time in law school, she served as a Senior Editor of the Law and Education Journal. In her final semester, she was selected to participate in the prestigious criminal practice clinic, where she worked closely with community members to provide free legal assistance.
I was charged with theft by extortion, a 3rd degree felony which carries a possible sentence of 7 years in prison and 15,000 in fines. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of Stephen and pled guilty for a reduced sentence. Because I listened to his expert advice, I will serve NO prison time, NO jail time, and my fine was minimal. Thanks again Stephen for a tough uphill battle, and you never gave up.
