Katherine L. McArthur

Katherine L. McArthur is the founder and owner of the McArthur Law Firm, which has its offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1980, she focuses her practice exclusively on personal injury matters, including wrongful death, car accidents, truck crashes and medical malpractice. Ms. McArthur, with a genuine concern for her clients, fights aggressively for the rights and liberties of her clients. She understands the negative effects of being injured because of the negligent and careless actions of another party and strives to ensure that justice is served. She communicates well and keeps her clients informed throughout the whole case. She is firmly committed to her clients’ needs and interests. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Ms. McArthur was the recipient of the Order of The Old Well and Order of St. Andrews honors. She was also the co-chairman of UNC’s Honor Court. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Ms. McArthur is extremely active in the legal field and has memberships in the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, the American Bar Association, the Civil Justice PAC and the Public Justice Foundation. In recognition of her exceptional legal contributions, Ms. McArthur has received numerous awards and accolades.
