Kevin Pride

From the Pride Law Office, PLLC, in Louisville, Kentucky, Kevin Pride uses his wide breadth of knowledge in matters pertaining to criminal law, personal injury and civil rights to get his clients the respite they so deserve after being put through physical and emotional pain and suffering. His nearly decadelong advocacy for the injured and the wrongly accused has gained him the adulation of his peers and the legal community. After graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Duke University in 2000, Mr. Pride worked in many meaningful roles as a writer and editor before finding his true calling for giving people hope and justice during the times they need it most. He attended the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2013. After finishing law school, he obtained his license to practice in Kentucky. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pride spent over two years at the Louisville Metro Public Defender Corporation (LMPDC), helping clients with their defense in serious and complex issues such as homicide, drug trafficking and possession, white collar crimes, robbery, domestic violence, theft and other felonies and misdemeanors. This exposure gave him a true sense of working under pressure and maintaining the same sophistication of quality in his work. Outside his law office, Mr. Pride maintains a healthy involvement within his legal community and keeps up to date on new innovative developments in the legal profession. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Brandeis Inn of Court and the Kentucky Justice Association. He was awarded the Walker Award by the Louisville Metro Public Defender Corporation for obtaining a not guilty verdict in a felony trial.
