She most recently co-authored an article “Time to Retire the Mandated MESP Program” for the New Jersey Family Lawyer publication and has presented at seminars including Tech Issues in Domestic Violence Matters for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA Family Law Hot Tips -Let’s Talk about Tech, October 14, 2024) and “Assessing the Need of the Payee Spouse for Continued Alimony When the Payor Seeks to Retire (NJSBA Family Law Hot Topis- The Fab Four and Lepis Hot Tips for Navigating the Many Areas of Post-Judgment Family Law Practice, November 2025.” Recognized as an expert on divorce and family matters, Kim has been Certified by the Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Attorney. Only about 0.5% of the attorneys practicing in the State of New Jersey are Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney.
