Biography

The story of United Citizen Law begins long before the firm’s opening. In 2017, founding attorney Sam Fareed suffered a life-changing car accident while attending UCLA as an undergraduate. With bills and school assignments piling up, Sam experienced the overwhelming pressure of finding legal representation and fighting for justice while dealing with the rest of life’s responsibilities. After the trauma of his case, Sam made a promise: No one should have to suffer the way he did. He vowed to make legal help accessible and affordable for the people who need it. That was the philosophy behind the foundation of UCLaw, and it remains the firm’s guiding principle today. Sam and the team believe that fierce, high-quality legal services and compassion toward clients should exist hand-in-hand, and we infuse that belief into every case. Sam Fareed is the founder of United Citizen Law and a top-rated personal injury attorney serving Northern California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. At the firm, Sam advocates for injury victims in cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, dog attacks, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. He has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Sam is known for his personalized approach, ensuring every client receives the attention and aggressive representation they deserve, from negotiations with insurance companies to courtroom litigation.
