Lee S. Goldsmith, MD

Attorney Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D. contributes not only his legal experience to each case he represents, but also his experience and training as a medical doctor. Dr. Goldsmith graduated from the New York University School of Medicine in 1964 and from the New York University School of Law in 1967. He is also certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. With these impressive credentials, Dr. Goldsmith represents individuals in cases such as medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, products liability involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, Medicare and insurance fraud, workplace failures, automobile accidents, federal and military tort claims, and general negligence. He also prides himself that he is called upon frequently to represent health care professionals before state regulatory authorities and has represented many physicians before the Office of Professional Conduct in New York and the State Board of Medical Examiners in New Jersey.  Dr. Goldsmith is admitted to practice within the states of New York and New Jersey, and is licensed to practice medicine in New York state. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, NJAJ, the New Jersey Association for Justice, NYSTLA, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association,  the American Medical Association , among many others. He was an associate adjunct professor of law at the Fordham University School of Law. He is partner in the firm of Goldsmith & Goldsmith, LLP, located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. He is the author of many books and journal articles.
