Lisa A. Magill has counseled and advocated on behalf of condominium, cooperative, mobile home and homeowners’ associations throughout Florida since 1996. Her work includes advice relative to all facets of community association operations such as interpretation, amendment and enforcement of governing documents, rulemaking, contract negotiations and drafting, compliance with state and federal statutory and administrative requirements, representation before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Time Shares and Mobile Homes, fair housing issues, insurance claims and disaster planning, cooperative conversions, condominium terminations, resolution of developer disputes, transition issues and code compliance issues.
