Lisa Nosek

Lisa Nosek practices in the firm’s Chicago office and manages all aspects of immigration, naturalization, and removal defense matters. She handles employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, O, and P non immigrant visa categories, as well as employment-based residency petitions. She also oversees family-based immigration, waiver applications, U visa cases, and naturalization matters. Lisa contributes to the AILA Chicago Chapter through her role on the Diplomatic and Government Relations Committee. “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you.
