Ms. Hill has a strong legal background with litigation experience, and assists our Community Association clients in all aspects of Community Association Law. Her background includes Labor and Employment Law, Civil Rights Law, Insurance Litigation, Residential and Commercial Foreclosure Litigation and General Civil Litigation. She provides tailored legal advice to association boards and community managers, ensuring compliance with Florida’s complex statutory framework while assisting in governance and operations.  Her hands-on approach allows her to deliver practical solutions that help associations function smoothly and efficiently.  This includes assisting with committee membership and board meetings; document drafting of advisory legal opinions, contract review and addendums, governing documents with amendments thereto. Ms. Hill grew up in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School where she was active in many civic organizations including serving as President of the Student Bar Association and was aMember of their Nationally Ranked Trial Team. In recognition of her public service, she was awarded numerous honors and awards including the National Lawyers Guild Student Award and Suffolk Golden Gavel Award for Leadership. Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Hill worked as a Field Coordinator providing grassrootslobby and legislative advocacy to secure the historic right to equal marriage in 2007.
