He handles cases for clients from the initial case-referral phase of litigation through post-trial and verdict matters, including assisting in appellate proceedings. Luis has been successful in obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients from the pre-suit stage of litigation through the trial phase. He has tried many jury trials to verdict with excellent results and outcomes. Luis first began his legal career working at a national defense firm focusing on products liability, premises liability, labor & employment, personal injury, and workers’ compensation defense. Personal Luis was born and raised in Miami, Florida and attended Coral Gables Senior High. He is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in Broward County, Florida with his wife and two children. He stays active in his community by volunteering his time to interview high school seniors interested in applying to his alma mater, Vanderbilt University, and he regularly attends local Vanderbilt University Alumni events in the tri-county area. In his spare time, Luis volunteers as a head coach for a youth soccer league in Boca Raton which his law firm serves as a league sponsor.
