A dedicated third-generation attorney, Marc A. Moccia handles state and federal civil litigation matters ranging from high-asset/high-conflict divorces to catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases to police misconduct cases at Kazarosian Moccia LLP, a Haverhill, Massachusetts-based law practice.
Attorney Moccia earned a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007, and received his J.D. with cum laude honors from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. Attorney Moccia is deeply involved in community and statewide bar leadership, particularly in the fields of personal injury and family law. He is pas Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Family Law Section Council and Vice President of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Courts.
