About Lexinter
Marc S. Borden is a personal injury attorney with experience since 2011, known for strong advocacy and consistent results. He previously worked at a mid-size law firm defending insurance companies in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, insurance coverage, labor law, and appellate practice.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Rutgers University, along with a certification in creative writing. He later received a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, he served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Association and contributed as a journal editor.
Marc is admitted to practice in multiple courts, including the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of New York, and the New York Appellate Division. His broad admissions allow him to handle a wide range of personal injury matters effectively.
Marc uses his background in defense work to build strong cases for injured clients. He understands how insurance companies operate and applies this knowledge to pursue fair compensation.
