Mark D. Arons

Mark D. Arons is an attorney at Miller, Rosnick, D'Amico, August & Butler, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Board-certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1998, he specializes in personal injury matters, including brain injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death. He serves clients in the Bridgeport metropolitan area and throughout Fairfield County and New Haven County. Mr. Arons graduated cum laude with an honors degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1983, where he worked for the Journal of International Law as a notes editor. In the same year, he was admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for all districts of Connecticut, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Over the past four decades, Mr. Arons has successfully managed a high volume of cases and claims, achieving favorable settlements for his clients. His most recent successes include a $500,000 settlement for a car accident victim who sustained severe injuries. Among his most significant recoveries is a $1.25 million settlement for a client struck by a runaway shopping cart. The impact resulted in a fractured hip and subsequent surgical complications that led to traumatic brain damage. In the broader legal community, Mr. Arons is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Associations and the Connecticut Bar Association. He was recognised in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers List in Connecticut by the American Trial Lawyers Association in 2012. He is also a recipient of the Nation’s Top One Percent, awarded by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
