Our team is led by national trial lawyer Mark S. Guralnick, who has credentials like no other lawyer. With 8 college degrees, multiple specialty certifications, 9 licenses to practice law, 9 published law books and hundreds of articles written by him Mark S. Guralnick brings unique experiences to the table and applies them to serve his clients. In addition to being licensed as an attorney, Mark S. Guralnick is licensed as a private detective. He is a former investigative news reporter, and he leverages all of these skills, education and experiences to deliver excellent client service while finding smart, practical, cost-effective solutions for clients’ legal concerns.
Mark S. Guralnick is licensed to practice law on three continents, in 8 U.S. state courts, in the District of Columbia, in 15 federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, in England, Wales, Scotland, and in Saipan and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Mark S. Guralnick holds eight college degrees, including two doctorates, five master’s degrees, and a bachelor’s degree. He holds two law degrees.

For earning his Ph.D., Mark won Temple University’s highest graduation award, the Bernard C. Watson Award for Outstanding Dissertation in the Social Sciences. At Columbia University’s MBA program, Mark garnered the highest grade in his statistics class and in England, at the London Business School, he garnered high honors in several other courses. Mark was the editor-in-chief of both the Temple University News and Bennington College Vortex while studying at those schools.
