Matthew W. Hoffmann

​​A seasoned trial lawyer with deep defense and plaintiff-side experience, Matthew Hoffmann brings disciplined advocacy, strategic clarity, and a steady commitment to protecting injured people and their families. Matthew Hoffmann is an AV Preeminent-rated litigator and a Managing Partner of Battle Born Injury Laywers. His practice focuses on Plaintiff’s personal injury. Matthew grew up on a small family farm in rural North Dakota and attended law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law. In law school, Matthew was a scholarship student, serving as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy courses and as President of the Moot Court Board. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate, With Distinction, Matthew moved to Las Vegas and began his legal career at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense firms. There, his practice focused upon the defense of medical malpractice, negligence, and wrongful death actions against physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and transportation companies. Prior to joining Battle Born Injury Lawyers, Matthew worked as a partner at the law firm of Arin & Associates, P.C., where his practice focused exclusively on plaintiffs’ personal injury claims.
