Biography

Melody M. Fox is a seasoned personal injury attorney dedicated to representing individuals harmed by the negligence of others. She has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her clients and is known for her strategic, client-focused approach to advocacy. Melody earned her degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from the University of Washington, followed by her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where she received the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for outstanding pro bono service. She sharpened her trial skills as a lead trial lawyer at one of metro Atlanta's largest criminal defense firms before practicing at one of Georgia's largest personal injury firms. Today, Melody brings a boutique approach to personal injury representation, pairing personalized attention with aggressive advocacy. She lives in Peachtree Corners with her husband and law partner, Chris, and their two young children. Outside her practice at Fox Injury Law, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
