In 2022, he served as second chair alongside Elena Fast in a Kings County sexual-offense trial that ended in a complete acquittal after approximately 30 minutes of jury deliberations. In his next trial, Michael was part of the defense team in the high-profile “Colonial Rape Case,” a sexual-assault prosecution in Broome County. Following a multi-defendant trial, the jury returned not-guilty verdicts on every count after approximately two hours of deliberations.
