Ezell is an attorney with over 40 years of experience.  He is board certified by the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law. Michael R. Ezell has practiced law in Harlingen, Texas since 1974.  He graduated from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas (B.S. Chemistry 1967); St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas (M.A. Economics, 1970); and St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas (J.D., 1974). In addition to his extensive real estate practice, he has practiced for many years in the areas of real estate law, business law, asset protection planning, banking law, contract law, wills, trusts, estate planning, estate and trust administration, family law, commercial collections and litigation. He often serves as an expert witness with regard to real estate and other related lawsuits.
