Biography

Michael is a lifelong resident of Middlesex County who has devoted the entirety of his legal career to the practice of worker’s compensation and personal injury litigation. One-hundred percent of Michael’s practice focuses upon the representation of seriously injured persons… Since joining GGL in 2018, Mike has recovered in excess of $80,000,000 in New Jersey workers’ compensation cases alone. One-hundred percent of Mike’s practice focuses upon the representation of seriously injured persons. Mike has appeared in every workers’ compensation court in the State of New Jersey; and has substantial experience obtaining favorable settlements on behalf of those deprived by insurance companies. Mike approaches each case as if it were to proceed to trial. In this fashion, he can maximize the recovery for each of his clients. Mike routinely handles claims arising from specific accidents, occupational exposure, and exposure to toxic chemicals. Mike — whose father was a card-carrying union member — has become a go-to attorney for members of both private and public-sector unions. Moreover, Mike frequently lectures and moderates continuing education courses in the area of workers’ compensation. In fact, he has spent nearly 100 hours educating other attorneys on the practice since 2023; and has authored a myriad of legal publications on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and employment law.
