Quatrini represents injured workers and veterans, helping them get the medical coverage and benefits they are entitled to receive. He began his practice with Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and quickly established himself as a thought leader. Recognizing Veterans were underserved and encountering difficulty accessing disability benefits, he expanded his practice to include Veterans Disability Compensation. Michael received his B.A. from Dickinson College and his law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University (formerly Duquesne University School of Law), where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and is still active with their alumni association. An active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), Westmoreland County Bar (WCB), and Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), Michael has held numerous leadership roles and is a sought-after speaker. In 2021, Michael was elected to serve as the Chair of the Workers’ Compensation section of the ACBA, where he also serves on Nominating Committee. In 2024, he became co-chair of the ACBA Membership Committee. He sits on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (PAJ), an organization dedicated to promoting and protecting a fair, effective justice system for those injured at work or by the negligent conduct of others. Since 2013, Michael has been a course planner and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, co-authoring and presenting statewide for “Advanced Issues in Social Security Disability” and “Social Security Disability: The Basics.” He is an active member of, and speaker for, the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSCCR); Workers’ Injury Litigation Group (WILG); and the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA).  Since 2020, he has been a regular speaker at the PA Department of Labor and Industry’s Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference. Michael routinely volunteers his time and expertise as a guest lecturer for both the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
