Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson is a highly seasoned and successful trial attorney who has been practicing for over 40 years and has extensive trial experience, having tried over 200 cases before juries all over the Southeast. He currently specializes in cases involving legal malpractice and personal injuries. In the personal injury arena, Richardson has handled and tried many cases involving serious injuries, wrongful death, and car wrecks. He has tried over 50 car wreck cases to conclusion before juries. He has excess of 40 reported opinions from the cases that he has handled, including 8 opinions from the Tennessee Supreme Court. Several of his cases have been landmark cases that helped to change or expand the law in the State of Tennessee.
