Monique Miles is the managing shareholder of Old Towne Associates, P.C., located in Alexandria, Virginia, where she focuses her practice primarily in the areas of employment, labor, nonprofit law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Miles represents both individuals and select small businesses in a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, fraud, negligence and other torts.
