Nate Riordan received a B.A. with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1992 and graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998. Nate practiced law in Minneapolis until 2004, where he practiced in the areas of franchise, corporate bankruptcy, workouts, restructures, finance and corporate and transactional law. In 2004, Nate moved to Seattle and has practiced there ever since. Nate Riordan is recognized as an informative and entertaining speaker on leasing and franchising issues and is a frequent guest on franchising panels, podcasts and publications.
