Neil earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Neil then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewitt III School of Law in 2020. Neil’s passion for justice begins with his ability to build meaningful relationships with people. Neil utilizes his energetic, compassionate, and respectful demeanor to help foster high quality relationships with his clients. In his spare time, you can find Neil riding his mountain bike, backpacking, and backcountry snowboarding. Neil also enjoys riding his gravel bike throughout the expansive NW forest road system and around Tacoma to find the best brew.  Neil was born and raised in Tacoma and is proud to serve the community that raised him.
