Prior to joining the Law Offices of Alfred V. Altopiedi P.C., Nicholas worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Trading Services Associate, collaborating with legal counsel on complex financial matters. With over 5 years of financial experience, Nicholas has honed his ability to effectively engage with colleagues, counsel, and clients. Nicholas is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Justinian Society. Nicholas is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. Nicholas is also a member of the bar of the Federal Courts. While working full-time at JP Morgan, Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2023, where he achieved Dean’s List recognition. He also showcased his trail advocacy skills as part of the Moe Levine Trial Team, winning the Hugh B. Pearce Mock Trial Competition in Harrisburg, PA. Nicholas was a member of the Baruch College Division III varsity baseball team. He was part of the 2019 CUNYAC Championship team and contributed to the school’s first-ever appearance in the Division III Regional Tournament. Throughout his athletic career, Nicholas earned multiple Scholar-Athlete awards.
