Biography
Attorney Nick Schnyder is committed to protecting the rights of the injured and their families. His own family was harmed by medical errors in three separate incidents, and that personal experience fuels the resolve, determination, and compassion he brings to fighting for his clients.
He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (Champion Level), the American Association for Justice, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Cobb County Bar Association. He graduated in the top 8% of his law school class and has since earned numerous honors, including Top 40 Under 40 from the National Trial Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Georgia Trend's Legal Elite.
Nick is also an experienced catastrophic injury lawyer, representing clients whose injuries are life-changing, severe, or result in permanent disability or death — including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns and scarring, loss of limbs, head and face trauma, multiple body fractures, neck and back injuries, and organ damage.Since founding his personal injury law firm in mid-2016, Nick has grown it from a one-man operation into a team of roughly 30 staff members and seven attorneys across four locations throughout Georgia — a 365% increase in just three years.
When an accident turns your life upside down, you need a Marietta personal injury lawyer who puts your recovery first and doesn’t back down.
