Nicole discovered her home in Oklahoma when she arrived for law school, and for the past 25 years, she has dedicated her career to advocating for those who need it most. Her unwavering belief that justice requires all voices to be heard has shaped her approach to law and life. After recognizing systemic issues in elder care, Nicole narrowed her focus to protecting nursing home residents and their families. She has developed deep expertise in regulating nursing homes and assisted living facilities, understanding the legislative framework and industry forces shaping resident care. Her practice combines vigorous litigation for those harmed with dedicated advocacy for industry-wide improvements. Nicole’s legal scholarship has helped reshape Oklahoma law, particularly fighting against nursing home arbitration agreements.
