While working at Freshfields, in both London and Israel, Nimrod  handled major M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, based on cross-border cooperation between Israeli and foreign entities. These transactions were some of the most high-profile and complex of their kind and were carried out by leading international and Israeli corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and venture capital funds. Nowadays, Nimrod manages the Corporate and M&A practices at ERM and focuses on guiding M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
