Biography

As Head of Litigation at Mahdavi Law Firm, Noe A. Gonzalez is proud to apply his diverse courtroom and real-life experience to his pursuit of justice for his clients. He is a versatile litigator who dedicates his entire practice to representing the rights of the injured, the wronged, and the deceased throughout Texas in personal injury and civil matters. Noe has recovered millions of dollars for his clients throughout his young career by zealously suing numerous Fortune 500 companies, commercial and trucking corporations, insurance bureaus, negligent workplaces, local municipalities, and more for their wrongdoing. As an established trial attorney, Noe has successfully represented thousands of clients throughout his career in various catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful deaths, 18-wheeler trucking crashes, work injuries, drunk driving incidents, as well as car wrecks, first-party insurance claims, commercial disputes, and premises liability matters. Nationally, Noe has been recognized among America’s Top 100 Personal injury Attorneys. Noe was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and is proud to call both Houston and McAllen his home. He is a devoted University of Texas and University of Houston Law Center alum. As soon as he was a licensed attorney, he sought out trial work, taking a medley of cases to a verdict throughout Texas, all with the goal of helping his communities. As the son of the senior State District Judge of Hidalgo County, since childhood he has always understood that the learning in this profession never stops. So along with his courtroom background, he has had the privilege of working under the mentorship of distinguished nine-figure attorneys and business-owners, honorable former Texas Supreme Court and Texas Court of Appeals justices, and of course, his own dad. Noe is also a proud member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Hidalgo County Bar Association, Hidalgo County Young Lawyers Association, Houston Cinema Arts Society, Cone Man Running Productions, Mexican-American Bar Association of Houston, Mexican-American Bar Association of Texas, and more. In his downtime, Noe enjoys nothing more than a quality film, book, meal, concert, or sporting event – always alongside his friends or family. Noe is duly licensed to practice in Texas and welcomes the opportunity to partner with other like-minded attorneys in a mutual pursuit of justice for victims across the state.
