Omar Habbas Receives

With decades of experience and a deeply rooted client-first philosophy, Omar Habbas leads a San Jose legal team known for powerful advocacy, trusted guidance, and meaningful results for injured individuals and families. Omar Habbas was born in Los Angeles, California, and is the youngest of five children born to Mr. and Mrs. Issa Habbas. His father served as a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and, after service, opened up several businesses in the Los Angeles area while his wife raised five children and worked part-time to help support his family. His parents celebrated 60 years of marriage in November 2013. Omar is married to Rio Habbas and is the proud father of three children, Tarik Habbas, Alexandria Habbas, and Nicholas Habbas. Tarik completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University in June of 2013 and received a B.S. in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in law from Santa Clara University School of Law in May of 2016 and went on to practice with the law firm of Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli & Brewer in Oakland, California, in the field of Employment Law. In April 2019, he joined Habbas & Associates, and he is now a partner in the firm. Alexandria Habbas graduated from Santa Clara University in June of 2014 and has been employed by Facebook for over 10 years. She now serves in the capacity of a project manager.
