Brian P. McGovern is a seasoned trial attorney with thirty years of experience winning civil cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has tried over one hundred matters on both sides of the bar in every forum, including the Court of Common Pleas, Federal court, municipal and district courts, mediation, and arbitrationBrian concentrates his practice on motor vehicle, dram shop (alcohol service), negligent security and premises liability matters. These complex cases involve a combination of security issues and liquor liability, general liability, premises liability, and automobile liability. He received his Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he played varsity baseball. Brian then earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University.
