Paul Dworak is the Managing Partner of Storms Dworak and a relentless advocate for individuals facing complex personal injury cases and high-stakes litigation. He regularly secures million-dollar recoveries in sexual assault, child injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases—including a recent $8 million workplace death settlement. In 2016, Minnesota Lawyer named Paul “Attorney of the Year” for his work in a groundbreaking free speech case. He successfully defended a high school student who was unconstitutionally expelled for responding to a Twitter post about his gym teacher—a case that gained international attention. Paul earned the honor again in 2020 for representing a family whose son was fatally shot by law enforcement.
