Biography
Paul is a third-generation Brooklyn trial attorney who has dedicated his career to fighting for people injured by negligence. His practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil litigation.
Born in 1968, Paul is the son of a Brooklyn lawyer who was himself the son of a Brooklyn lawyer. From an early age, he was exposed to the challenging, everyday experiences his father's clients faced, as well as difficult and thought-provoking questions that helped shape him into the quick-thinking and thoroughly prepared attorney he is today.
Paul approaches every case with total commitment. As a trial attorney, he believes you are either in a case 100% or you cannot represent your client properly. To him, being fully dedicated means becoming the case—living it, eating it, sleeping it, and thinking about it constantly. That passion and dedication have yielded significant results for his clients throughout his career.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
He is an active member of the legal community, belonging to the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Paul has also volunteered his time and legal skills through the Trial Lawyers Care 9/11 Project.
