Pierre LaTour

The same year he graduated from law school, he obtained his license to practice in Pennsylvania, and additionally, is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
