Pilar Villaverde Vazquez

Pilar Villaverde Vazquez is a Partner at Suarez Law, focusing on Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Planning. During her time at St. Thomas University School of Law, Pilar served as a judicial intern to several respected judges. In 2012, she interned for the Honorable Judge Maria Sampedro-Iglesia in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, specifically in the Juvenile Division and the Unified Family Court/Complex Litigation Division. In 2013, she interned for the Honorable Judge William M. Hoeveler in the U.S. District Court, Southern District Court of Florida. Towards the end of 2013, she interned for the Honorable Judge Michael A. Genden in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, Probate Division. Upon graduating from law school, Pilar joined Suarez Law where she has been able to work closely with clients and other attorneys in obtaining the best results for them. Pilar has been nominated by her peers and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and has received the honor of becoming a member of Lawyers of Distinction. Pilar also serves as a member of the Probate and Guardianship Screening Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, Miami Dade County.
